Quality policy

SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L, is a company dedicated to the storage and national and international transportation of goods. In addition to the national and international transportation of medications and biological samples in refrigerated vehicles with refrigeration units under controlled temperature or with special preservation packaging.

The Management of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L declares that Quality is a permanent objective in all services conducted at the organization.

In order to obtain the best results following this policy, the Senior Management has promoted the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and on the Guidelines of November 5, 2013 on good distribution practice of medicinal products for human use (2013/C 343/01).

In the conduct of its activities, the organization focuses all its attention on the following aspects:

  • To implement and maintain, by means of the responsibility and the participation of all constituents of the organization and of the persons working on its behalf, a Quality Management System.

  • Compliance with our clients’ requirements and expectations. To know the clients’ implicit and explicit needs, both current and future needs, in order to obtain satisfactory services.

  • Training adapted to the staff, for them to conduct the activities with the Quality levels required, to be aware of the risks derived from their job positions engaging them in the respect to our policy in all its activities.

  • Participation of our workers and suppliers in improving the system, through communication and consultation. To achieve an effective application of these principles it is absolutely necessary that the management team and all the parties involved in service provision support such principles.

  • The commitment of continuous improvement of our work processes and conditions, towards the Quality of our services and client satisfaction.

  • To identify and assess the aspects and impacts of our activities and services which may be controlled and which may be influenced within the defined scope of the Quality Management System, taking into account the development, new or modified services with the purpose of reducing them as much as possible to achieve a high quality level.

  • Compliance with the requirements offered to clients, establishing their trust in the organization. Compliance with legal applicable requirements and with other requirements that the Organization considers as Quality-related.

The company assesses its suppliers and, based on this assessment, our suppliers are certified and, as long as no non-conformities occur in the services provided by said suppliers, they shall remain as certified suppliers.

This policy is included in SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L strategy, whose quality objectives are to take a leadership position in the sector and obtain client satisfaction, offering the client a higher quality value, efficiency, service and overall cost;

This Policy:

  • It is presented with the purpose of establishing the reference framework to establish and review the Quality objectives and goals of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L.

  • It is at the disposal of the interested parties who claim their understanding and it is reported to all the persons who work for the organization or on its behalf, with the purpose of making them aware of their individual obligations with regard to Quality and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

  • It is reviewed regularly with the purpose of ensuring that it is still relevant and appropriate to SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L requirements and Quality Management System.

  • It is known by each of the members of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L, who accept the responsibility to comply with such policy and to make all its staff comply with it.
