Quality policy

The Management of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L, a company whose scope is: Storage and national and international transport of goods and national and international transport of medicines and biological samples in refrigerated vehicles with refrigeration equipment under controlled temperature or with special preservation packaging, declares that Quality is a permanent objective in all the services carried out in the organization.

In order to obtain the best results in the monitoring of this policy, the Senior Management has opted for the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and on the Guidelines of November 5, 2013 on good distribution practices of medicines for human use (2013/C 343/01).

In the execution of its activities, the organization focuses its attention on the following aspects:

  1. Implementation and maintenance, through the responsibility and participation of all members of the organization and of the people who work on its behalf, of a Quality Management System.

  2. Compliance with the requirements and expectations of our clients. Knowledge of the implicit and explicit needs of customers, both current and future, to ensure that the services are satisfactory for them.

  3. Adequate staff training, so that they carry out their activities with the required Quality levels and are aware of the risks derived from their jobs, making them take part in the respect for our policy in all their activities.

  4. The participation of our workers and suppliers in the improvement of the System, through communication and consultation. For the effective application of these principles, it is absolutely necessary that both the management team and all the parties involved in the provision of the service support them.

  5. The commitment to continuous improvement of our processes and working conditions, towards the Quality of our services and customer satisfaction.

  6. Identification and assessment of the aspects and impacts of our activities and services that can be controlled and those that can be influenced within the defined scope of the Quality Management System, taking into account developments, new or modified services, in order to reduce these impacts as far as possible to achieve a high level of quality.

  7. Compliance with the requirements offered to customers, consolidating their trust in the organization. Compliance with the applicable legal requirements and with other requirements that the Organization subscribes related to Quality.

  8. The company evaluates its suppliers. Our suppliers are approved based on this evaluation and, as long as there are no non-conformities in the services provided by said suppliers, they will remain as approved suppliers.

This policy is included in the strategy of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L., whose quality objectives are:

  • To encourage the development of our human capital and promote an optimal work environment in our workplace and among our employees.

  • To establish formulas and promote training actions so that our human team can develop professionally.

  • To respect the principles of equal opportunities and diversity among workers.

  • To ensure that our workplace is a safe and healthy space, implementing preventive management systems in all jobs to avoid workplace accidents.

  • To monitor strict compliance with Human Rights in accordance with international standards.

  • To prevent and minimize the possible environmental impacts of our activity (consumption of energy, water, fuels, etc.) by reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, noise, etc. to optimize the use of natural resources and protect the environment, as well as by responsibly managing the waste generated by our activity.

This Policy:

  • It is presented in order to constitute the frame of reference to establish and review the objectives and Quality goals of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L.

  • It is available to all interested parties who require its knowledge and is communicated to all people who work for the organization or on behalf of it, with the purpose of making them aware of their individual obligations in terms of Quality and compliance with the applicable legal requirements.

  • It is reviewed periodically in order to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the requirements of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L. and its Quality Management System.

  • It is known by each of the members of SPC COURIER AND LOGISTICS S.L., who accept the responsibility of complying with it and enforcing it to all the personnel under their supervision.
